[Techstaff] Spring MAP Testing

As far as I know, 7.1 will be fine for spring testing. We will need it in 501 and 224 (MS) and 218/222 for HS. We will also need it on most of the dedicated special ed machines in 401, 402, 211 and 220. Not sure about the cart, but I suspect we will need it. If it's a lot of work, we can wait until Chris K. has done the schedule
To be very clear, any machine running 7.0 will need to be upgraded for the spring testing. I believe MSS at least is on 7.0, so that will need to go up, not sure about HMS.
