[HMS News] Survey on the District Calendar

Hello Ladies and Gentleman,

  The district Calendar Committee is highly interested in getting some feedback on two specific topics; Winter/Spring Vacations and Parent Conferences.  To that end we have designed a simple survey.  The survey is very brief (4 questions) and will only take you a few minutes.  It is important for us to collect information from all the schools and their parents, as the data will assist us in making recommendations and decisions that will effect the entire district.  We will be reviewing the survey data on October 25.
