Are you thinking about making healthy lifestyle changes?

Please join us for a discussion about health, fitness, and nutrition.

Angie G. Klingler, MD (Family Tree Health Care) will cover metabolic  
disorders associated with obesity and other health related issues.

Christine Stockwell, PT, MS (Stockwell Physical Therapy) will talk  
about cross training for injury prevention and will demonstrate proper  
shoveling techniques.

Cindy Glass, CPT (Cindy’s Yoga & Fitness) will share fitness  
information and talk about her fitness classes.

Arlene McGrath, NCSF-CPT (apm fitness llc) will facilitate the  
discussion and talk about nutrition and ‘food as fuel’.

Amy Blake Licata (Blake’s All Natural) will hand out coupons for  
Blake’s All Natural food products.
