LAST CALL FOR HYSA FALL SOCCER REGISTRATION!

Final signup opportunity behind Maple Street School (during TBall)
$35 per player Kindergarten through 2nd grade
$45 per player 3rd grade through 8th grade
($100 max. per family)
Teams will be formed, uniforms and equipment ordered, and coaches  
recruited for the registrations recieved through 6/17/06.   
Registrations received after 6/17/06 will be subject to HYSA's soccer  
coordinator's approval and will be assessed a $25 late fee if  
accepted.  Sign up now to ensure your child's participation.  Contact
