An interesting and fun  event ...something different!
Taylor Mali is a performance poet from New York City who was an English 
and
history teacher for 9 years before getting into poetry slams and 
traveling the
world performing his works.  Taylor writes about his teaching 
experiences,
issues connected to kids and teachers, and other life events.  He's 
funny,
insightful, and provocative.  We're incredibly excited to have him 
joining us
at KRHS for Awareness Day and for his 7 pm performance which is a 
fundraiser
