SKI AND SNOWBOARD HELMET ORDER 2004

(The Hopkinton PTA is offering ski/snowboard helmets at a discounted 
price.  This is not a fundraiser (your price is the PTA's cost), but 
one of our safety initiatives for the children of Hopkinton.  All of 
these helmets meet or exceed national safety specifications. The 
helmets are manufactured by Giro, a leading name in helmet design 
safety and style.
Helmets are available in a variety of colors and sizes as described 
on the attached form. Further information on the helmets is available 
on the web at the Giro website, http://www.giro.com/.
The anticipated delivery date is early December.  Helmets will be 
delivered to the school and sent home with your child.  If the helmet 
is a gift for the child, please so indicate on the order form and you 
will be called with instructions on where to pick up the helmet.
Please note:

 NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE.

 Color substitutions have been made by Giro in the past. 
Unfortunately, we cannot return the helmets or provide refunds.

Measuring information:  Measure the circumference of the head (in 
inches) about 1 inch above the eyebrows. If between sizes, order the 
next larger size.
Ordering information:  Please complete the attached order form and 
return it with payment by check payable to "Hopkinton PTA" to your 
child's teacher no later than Wednesday, November 10, 2004, or email 
Natalie Duval at cpspalding at tds.net with your order on or before 
Wednesday, 11/10/04.
