The following memorandum was given to all students attending the 
Junior Prom on Saturday night, May 15, 2004.  If you have any

SUBJECT: The 2004 Junior Prom

As we approach Saturday night it seems like a good time to reinforce 
some important issues regarding safety.  Please make good choices as 
you participate in activities.  We hope that you will read the poem 
on the back of this memo.
  Specifics about the prom:

 We hope you have a safe and wonderful time.

 The same policies that have been enforced at school dances this 
school year will be in effect at the prom.

 Please bring your ticket.  In order to enter you will need your 
ticket and be on the attendance list. If you are bringing a guest, do 
not forget your guest pass.

 Smoking is not allowed since it is a school function, whether on 
school grounds or not.

 Once at the prom you will not be allowed to go to your car. (If it 
is an emergency you must be escorted).

 A police officer will be present to help ensure the safety and well 
being of all participants.

 Please dress appropriately for the occasion (T - shirt tuxedos are 
not allowed).

 You must arrive at the prom by 9:30pm.
